NANO-RING EXTENSIONS

Nano-ring extensions are one of the most common types of extensions people choose to have in the UK.

It is great for many reasons; the main one being how discreet the bonds & rings are. 

With so many colour options now, both the beads & the extension tips can be colour matched to your own hair so that even when you have your hair up, or if the wind blows, you usually cannot notice the bonds.

This method requires a move up service every 4-8 weeks depending on colour, natural hair health, & desired result.

I currently use a brand of hair called Prestige as I have found the hair quality from them is amazing & lasts longer than most others, however I am willing to use more affordable brands if the client wishes. 

Please note however, with cheaper brands, the hair isn't likely to last as long but can still give long-lasting results with the correct aftercare.

MICRO-RING EXTENSIONS

Micro-ring extensions are the same as the above nano-ring's, however the bonds & beads are significantly larger. This does also mean that more natural hair can be added into each bead for each strand of extensions which helps with weight distribution.​​

This is fine for people who would like some added length lower down the head, & also works well with darker hair colours.

They are considerably more noticeable in blonde hair colours as well as if the client needs extensions fairly far up the head & close to the hairline.

This method used to be the "go-to" before nano-rings became more readily available in the wide range of colours & lengths they are now. As with nano-ring's, this method will require a refitting service every 4-8 weeks depending on colour, natural hair health, & desired result.
